Email the tracking number to info@lroptikal.com.  

Please allow a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks to have your order processed and shipped. 

Reminder we will take care of your glasses as if they were our own and to the best of our abilities. 

If something unfortunate happens we are not held liable for damage or lost glasses.
